Movie review 'LEFT BEHIND (Grade-9)

1.(A)‘With all the bloodshed going on in the Middle East right now, things are starting to get…weird. ’ What do you think about this statement?

(B) Is it true that our world is coming to an end? What do you think about Armageddon?

2. If you were in the feet of those who were left behind, how would you have reacted towards your religious faith? Would you blame God for making such a thing happen or struggle to find an answer on how half of the world vanished into thin air without a proper explanation?

It might or might not be effective at all to them... but that's up to God. Grade 8 Movie review questions(The Golden Compas)

  • In one or two sentences only, explain what the movie is about.
  • What did the movie mean to you?
  • Who invented the Golden Compass and why?
  • Who is your favorite character in the film? Why?
  • What do you think are Lyra’s best qualities?
  • Does Lyra change and grow on the inside over the course of the film? How?
